Hair Design, Make-up, Natural Nails
I followed my dream a good few years ago and took the plunge into becoming a bridal stylist and Make-up artist. Thankfully I can say in doing so I have never looked back.
I started on my own as a hobby, while being an at-home mum. But with the work increasing I felt that I needed more in the way of a qualification,
because I enjoyed it so much, a passion really.
I then found the Hair & Beauty Training school and gained my NVQ level 3 in Hair for weddings and Special Occasions & also in Bridal Make-up. With doing these courses, it has led me to now be working with the Bridal Hair & Beauty team, which I really enjoy. I also enjoy working with Georgette, who is a great person to work with (she will kill me for saying this!).
I would say nothing compares to Bridal Hair and Makeup. Of all the weddings I have now done I still get a tremendous satisfaction when I see the bride as she is ready to leave for her big day. No wedding is ever the same; each one is unique in its own way. I love the excitement it brings to the day and knowing I contributed to it in my own way.
